Facing your internal conflicts
I want to bring this thought to you from a sermon I heard by Bishop T. D. Jakes. While preaching articulately about the boy who was demon possessed, Bishop mentioned about how the father of that boy had brought his son to Jesus for healing and yet he cried out to help his unbelief.
A renewed love
I’ve always believed in Christ, I was raised in a religous home but life itself wasn’t always so sweet. I drifted in and out of churches as a youngster, I always knew that Christ is real. But growing up as a teen I fell into bad habits, but not as bad as those around me. I always felt like I was on the border line, but something kept me from becoming wreck-less and lost.
Hearing God, Things that Help
I’m contemplating how this matter of
hearing God works. There are plenty of clues in the Bible. The Bible
is amongst other things a record of people who correctly heard the
Word of the Lord. If God spoke to people by His Spirit, at times
without using the Scriptures, and He is the same today, then He can
still speak to people things not strictly written in the Scriptures.
This is not to say that God would say anything which contradicts His
revealed will in the New Testament, or the revelation of His
character found throughout the whole Bible.
Power in Faith Filled Words
If anyone else was saying this we would probably just dismiss this as some Dangerous New Age Philopsophy. But it is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who demonstrated the truth of it all through His ministry on earth – so we had better listen.
Christianity
Christianity is a monotheistic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. To be a Christian you must at the very least come to believe certain things about the identity of this Jesus who lived on earth approximately 2000 years ago, and furthermore, you must confess this belief before men (Matthew 10:33).

Entering God’s Kingdom and Staying in It – the Role of Repentance
One question that arises after reading and hearing so many different things on the internet and in various Christian churches is this: what is the repentance that God requires to enter the Kingdom, and what is required in order to stay in God’s Kingdom? What will it take to enter God’s Kingdom? How holy do you have to be?
Think Like God, Act like God – part 2
As you establish your life with God in prayer and meditate upon His Word, you spirit will start to come alive, or be quickened to God’s Word. As you go about your day, His Word will come to your mind as you encounter different situations. I use these opportunities to pray the Word. In this way we become aligned with God and we start to think like God and talk like God.
