Knowing God is an amazing thing. I'd like to help you to know Him.
“… knowing that you were called for this purpose, that you may inherit a blessing. ” (1 Peter 3:9)
It is really important to God that YOU inherit a blessing! Its not something to be ashamed of or to apologize for. On the contrary, it is central to God’s purpose for your life! The Scriptures declare it, and so when you as one of God’s people are blessed, then God Himself is glorified.
God wants you to be blessed, even in ways you have never known before. We can get more of an idea of God’s purpose when we consider one of the main reasons Jesus died on the cross and suffered for us.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).
“Who do men say that I am?” – Jesus
(Matthew 16:13)
In the time of Jesus’ earthly ministry there were diverse opinions about who Jesus was. Some thought he was a reincarnation of John the Baptist or one of the prophets like Elijah or Jeremiah. If there was confusion then about who Jesus was, how much more today after the passing of so many years.
Ministrying God’s Power for the Glory of God
Its not just enough to do it at the level of my personal convenience! I must be ministering in God’s power faithfully with the gift to the best of the ability which God gives me.
Always, in every encounter, people must see the love of Jesus in me.
I must be passionately motivated by the glory and honour of God.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor. 10:31)
If I lay hands on the sick, I must do it for the glory of God.

I just wanted to share that for those of us who married before meeting the Lord Jesus, there is hope.
My husband and I were both unsaved when we got married 10 years ago. After two years into the marriage, the revelation came to me that “God loved me”. It was such an amazing concept to me, that One so Great, could love an insignificant ant like me. I fervently read the Bible until the book fell apart. It changed my life. My husband did not like it…it scared him and we ended up separating while he continued his “wild” living.
I was born in a large Christian family. Ever since I know my father he has always been a Minister of the gospel. He is also the founder of a church in the community where we lived.
Being the youngest of twelve children, it was only natural that I attended church on a regular basis.
I accepted the Lord as my personal Saviour at an early age. Actually this was during my early years at High School.
At that time my only desire was to seek the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and to receive the gift of speaking in tongues.
Michael, thank you for your insight on whether or not Christians can have demons. I appreciate that there are Christians who will take my experience at face value rather than wondering if I was truly a Christian when this devil entered me. I know there is great controversy on this subject among Christian scholars but for those of us who have experienced deliverance, there is no question as to whether or not a Christian can have a demon.
The Holy Spirit has prompted me to share a synopsis of my personal story so that hurting souls may know there is true healing and restoration at the Cross, where lives are changed from glory to glory! I am well aware that Satan is the dark force behind every bad decision made in life (mine and others) and his agenda is to destroy the person with heartache, or illness, as well as those experiencing the storms of life. His agenda is the same for those of whom he is master, maybe those you see as the perpetrator(s) of your pain (many times family).

I was born and brought up in a small village in South India. My parents named me Moody. Even though my father was a schoolteacher, he spent most of his time preaching to the people about the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. My parents taught me about the love of Jesus Christ and the importance of living a life that is pleasing to Him.
On June 19th 2000 I was sitting and reading the bible only the words in red, I stood up and began to read the words with all the life in me, I then felt so refreshed, I then felt to go and to pray in my bedroom alone,I closed the door behind me and got down on my knees to be humble before God.
I prayed and ask God if he would give me the gift of tongues and the understanding of it, then I felt to stand up.
