Pastor and His Wife Arrested For Charges of Conversion

BIJAPUR, KARNATAKA STATE, INDIA — A pastor and his wife have been arrested on charges of conversion on Thursday, August 9th, in the Bijapur district of Karnataka State, India.

TWO members of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries (aka) The Lord’s Chosen were early yesterday shot and wounded for allegedly preaching the gospel in Lagos.

The duo, it was gathered were shot on Mohammed Shefiu Street, Ago-Palace, Okota Isolo by a gunman who allegedly felt irritated by their style of preaching.

Already, the suspect is being detained at the Okota Police Station.

A witness who preferred anonymity told Daily Champion that the suspect, said to have been angered by their preaching, shot at them with a double barrel gun.

UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA — Around 200 masked men demolished a building under construction belonging to the Catholic Church in Chavand, located in the Udaipur district of Rajasthan State, India, in the early hours of Sunday, August 5.

The attackers came by vehicles and totally demolished the building on at around 2 am.
