Burn with Desire for Spiritual Gifts. It MATTERS.

1 Corinthians 14:1 tells us to literally burn with desire for spiritual gifts. Are you burning with desire for these things? Am I?

Sorry, but if your emotions are not involved in this quest, you are not fulfilling this Word yet.

We need to crave to know God, to burn with desire to know His voice, to WANT the supernatural revelations from God.

We need to FEEL emotionally the things we believe in, the things we say, or they don't have much impact on our soul, on our minds.

Its not for something juvenile like our own personal status. These things are required because they have life or death consequences attached to their operation.

The whole purpose of the Bible is to point us to the way to connect to God in reality.

Let's not get diverted.
