There is a power in the name of Jesus which only a tiny percentage of believers really utilise in public. There is authority over the works of the devil when we act on Jesus’ behalf (in His name). We need to get past all the unbelieving theology of the last 1800 years and realise that Jesus never changed. His love and mission never changed. He wasn’t healing people only to prove He was special. He did it because He loved people and God wants people well, free of oppression.
“how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” (Acts 10:38, NKJV)
Yes, I have also operated like this at different seasons of my life. But this man Tom Fischer has a more highly developed faith, or revelation. Its a very good example for us all. We can ask God for this kind of revelation of Jesus and something will happen if we will take action.
