I would like to encourage my new family on fasting….It has really worked for.I have fasted for 2 times and currently am on my third fast just for 3 days.God has answered my prayer requests one was for 3 days and the other was for 14 days the one am currently on is for 3 days and i am still believing God.Thank you for all the information on how to sustain yourself during fasting….I always have one meal in day.But am looking forward to a time when i will fast only on water en juice……..next year 21 days of fasting…To God be the glory……..he has done it for me and i know he is doing it for you…………
