Its not a popular message, but its important for you to know that you were born into a rebellious and corrupt race - the human race.
At one time we were not that way, but Adam our Father chose disobedience to God, and sadly that affected us as well. We were born marred by sin.
You may think you are not so bad, but its probably because you are comparing yourself to others you believe are worse than yourself.
What counts though is the way God sees it.
God is the Creator, Lawgiver and Judge. We need to consider what Laws God has given, and measure ourselves by what God has said.

Prayer for Personal Salvation

To be saved and reconciled to God you need to realize that you must give up your rebellion against God and His laws, and that you need to cast yourself totally into the hands of God, because you cannot save yourself, sufficiently change yourself or do something to pay for or atone for your past.
