This website uses AccessKeys to increase its ease of use, both for 'power users' like editors, and for disabled readers. How an AccessKey is used varies between operating systems:

Certain emerging AccessKey conventions are adhered to, such as Acc-1 for the homepage and Acc-9 for our feedback and contact details. Acc-T displays a page in a plain text format suitable for emailing; this may also be the current most accessible format for vision- or motion-impaired readers.

We must admit that the designers approach this from the 'power user' perspective most of the time. If any disabled readers can offer their perspective on our real accessibility, we would appreciate that enormously. The comments form below may be used for this purpose.
