Prayer Pastoring - Chapter 2 - Grace

This is the second chapter of our eBook on Prayer Pastoring. The first chapter dealt with step one praying for mercy. We often have judgements against us that halt our prayers for ourselves therefore we need God’s mercy. Without mercy our prayers are hindered. We often mistake opposition as coming from spiritual warfare but many times it is coming from God himself and we are reaping what we have sown. This opposition is the judgement of God. in need of deliverance!!!

i truly need prayer. i keep on doing the same sin over again and again,the thing is I'm aware that this is the sin, the only thing I'm asking is a prayer for deliverance. I'm burning in spirit and i love the Lord so much. The kind of prayer that i need is the prayer that will cut-off the strongholds and the roots of this sin (feelings). read more »

Spiritual Warfare for the Christian is about resisting and overcoming the influence of Satan and his demons. If you are a real disciple of Jesus you will have to fight these evil powers. They will not leave you totally alone until you leave this earth and go to be with the Lord Jesus forever. They hate you and will always work to defile and if possible destroy you. That won't happen if you stay close to the Lord and take heed to His word.

Walking in love is so important to God that He says you can have everything else, but if you miss this, your ministry is worthless and nothing you are doing will gain you any favor or merit with God. Listen to this:

Lord, you declare that false balances and unjust weights are an abomination to yourself. So, I solemnly commit to do business without cheating or deceiving others, or representing things to be other than the way they really are. I pray you will find delight in the way I do business, in Jesus' name, Amen. (vs 1)
