Hello,
I am a pastor of a church in Bush Alaska, you can not drive or take a boat, the only way here is to fly.
I need prayer for God's Will, I don't feel like I am being the pastor that these people need right now. I love my job and the people I serve here, they are great.
It seems that they don't want to move forward in the Lord, there is a lot of work here in this village. We do a lot for our community, I suggested that we add another outreach,now they seem to be dragging their feet, they don't whan to get involved to much, "you know pastor we do have a life." I realize they have lives, families, jobs other responsiblities, but this was great a couple of months ago, now they don't want to get involved. Now they want to let my husband and myself do it. Preaching, teaching Sunday school (Adult and Youth), Bible Studies.
I have been praying for God to make me into the pastor He needs here, I have been here for almost 4 years,I really do love my job and these people. Please pray.

just continue to strive after God's Will! although we all get weary, stressfull and tired, we must press on!
Lord,
I pray for your work in Bush Alaska, I pray that You would reveal your plans to Akrev and her husband. I pray that You would take away any stress, and that You would remove any apathy from the community, I pray that You would bring restoration to this community, and that You will set them on fire again Lord!
